I visited the store while I was visiting from out of town… Both associates were so nice and patient with me, however Debby was so kind when I told her I was visiting because of work she took the extra step to give my purchase a run thru the steamer because it was wrinkled and I expressed I needed my garment for work… this is the little extra things that make ok customer experienced to great customer experience… thank you Debby :)

Went clothes shopping with my girlfriend. The floor staff was very courteous and helpful. My GF found exactly what you was looking for and saved 40% to boot. Any successful clothing shopping day is a good day. Thank you The Loft for making it happen.

I love the Lakeland Loft Store. The staff is always helpful. They are honest and go far beyond in customer service. I have been a Loft customer for many years, I have shopped at Lofts all over the country and none offer the customer service that this one does. My friends actually drive from other locations to shop this Loft because of the management and staff.

Loft is one of my fav clothing stores to shop at! Their options are so vast- you can find such cute business or dressy attire that is super comfy and can also be worn more casually. I love the way most of their clothes fit and they have stuff that fits a range of body sizes instead of just the typical skinny model with no curves. Their prices are typically a little higher than I care to spend, but you are paying for real quality clothes that are SO cute and you’ll wear a lot. They also have a lot of good sales if you play your cards right and go at the perfect time! Then it’s really worth it. And the workers at this Loft in Lakeland are just seriously so sweet and genuine, it makes it even more enjoyable to shop there. They can also get your clothes online shipped right to your door if they don’t have your size/ styles in store. Love this place!!!
